This 24 person, single building accommodation block has been purpose-built for BOP Orchards as a low maintenance dwelling. 

It incorporates a hard wearing design to withstand years of use, specifically for RSE employees from Vanuatu. 

When creating this design, our client wanted a high return, low running cost building to comfortably ensure the very best living arrangements for his workers. This was achieved through a communal living space and 'hostel style' shared facilities.

This build consists of 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms & a large kitchen, dining and lounge area. The outside area allows plenty of space for relaxing when the workers aren't under the vines, with a large patio area and covered deck situated amongst the working orchard.  

We would like to thank the owner, a RSE scheme employer who owns and manages several orchards around the Bay, who played a key role in ensuring this build was a success.
